Doctors and Researchers everywhere will tell you that the reduction of stress is one of the most critical factors in the recovery from injury and illness. In fact, chronic stress is often not just a factor in illness but the actual cause of the illness! It is also clear that stress impedes healing and dramatically slows recovery.

Those same health care professionals will also tell you that one of the best ways to overcome the effects of debilitating stress is mediation.

That's right, mediation. The ability to enter deep meditative states has long been a highly desirable skill usually reserved for those individuals who have studied and practiced for years. For example, the Monks of Tibet dedicate their entire lives to perfecting the art of meditation to reach states so deep that they are able to perform seemingly impossible feats!

So, when the term “instant” meditation became popular in the tabloids, we wanted to find out more. Just think, to have the ability to quickly enter the same deep meditative states as someone who has spent years studying the art of mediation would be awesome, right?

But, what we found was that many claims of "instant meditation" were based on untested “urban legends” propagated over the internet and in popular off-line publications.

Not surprisingly, many of the products that we researched failed to produce much more than a pleasant state of relaxation. Don’t misunderstand. Relaxation is a very valuable condition but, as any experienced meditator will tell you, it is not the same as a deep meditative experience.

A measurable change in physiological indicators of stress, blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), anti-aging hormones, as well as immune function to name a few.
The perfect physiological environment to accelerate healing and recovery from illness and injury.
An ever-increasing sense of who you really are and your “connectedness” to your inner-self, higher purpose, and the amazing feeling of joy that results from that connection.
